MEP design must provide drawings that are coordinated and detailed, meeting every regulation for installation, operation and maintenance. AAC encourages clients and contractors toward CAD / BIM services for better visualization, clash detection and resolution — work that would otherwise delay construction and cost the project time and money.

We provide drawing services in AutoCAD and other Autodesk software, following industry-standard Level of Detail (LOD) staging from concept through as-built record drawings.

Adil Akhtar

A highly regarded Professional Engineer with an impressive academic and professional background, Adil holds a B.E. Mechanical Engineering degree from NED University Karachi (1993) and has versatile, dynamic experience in HVAC system design, execution, operation and maintenance spanning roughly 30 years.

"As principal since 2000, dedicated to expanding the high standards of design and client services."

He is a seasoned Professional Engineer (PE) Mechanical duly accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council, and a Life Member of the Pakistan HVACR Society. As principal in charge, he is also responsible for schedule and budget control. Over the company's history he has led major projects to successful completion — responsible for design leadership of HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, S&E systems and validation services across commercial buildings, hospitals and laboratories, power / industrial buildings, and residential developments, with specialized expertise in innovative applications for energy conservation.

Prior to founding AA Consultants, Adil worked as principal for Y.H. Associates and as design engineer with CEMA Consulting Engineers.
